Blood Testing

Blood tests are helpful in routine monitoring of regular medications such as thyroid medication, cholesterol medication, prolia, and for assessing side effects after commencing certain medications. They can also be very helpful when investigating symptoms when ordered by your doctor.

We do not allow to book for anything other than routine blood tests unless ordered by your doctor. In some cases a follow up consultation with the doctor is required.

Routine blood tests will typically include the following: full blood count, liver function tests, renal function test, thyroid function tests, bone profile, inflammatory markers, cholesterol and fasting blood sugars.
